RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Balloon sales are final, once the product is picked up or delivered they should be handled with care. We recommend to bring the balloons indoors immediately. If the balloons will be used outdoors please advise in notes upon submitting your order. Instructions will be provided on how they should be handled. We also recommend ordering these arrangements for the day of your event.

Photos are intended for reference only. Each design is handcrafted and may not be identical. Substitutions may be made to the designs depending on theme/colours requested to have the best outcome for the end result of the arrangement.
