Cancellation Policy

Balloon Shop:

​

  • All balloon sales are final.

  • Changes to the design can be made up to one week prior to the requested date additional costs may apply.

  • Balloon installation designs can’t be changed on site during setup.

  • Cancellations Due to COVID- contact free delivery is available or date can be postponed.

 

Event Packages:

​

  • Cancellations can be made two weeks before the requested date a 25% fee will apply.

  • Cancellations two weeks or less before the requested date the 40% deposit is non- refundable.

  • Changes to the design can be made up to two weeks prior to the requested date.

  • Items must be ready for take down/pick up at the agreed upon recovery time. There will be a $50.00 Fee per additional 30minutes the payment must be made 30minutes prior to the agreed upon recovery time. If we have already arrived on site and you require additional time there will also be an additional fee for us to return to the location this fee depends on the location the payment must be made immediately via Etransfer or Credit Card.

  • Cancellations Due to COVID- Event date will be postponed

Rentals:

​

  • Damage/Recovery Fee will not be reimbursed if Rental items are damage or event runs past the agreed upon recovery/return time.

  • Items must be ready for take down/pick up at the agreed upon recovery time. There will be a $50.00 Fee per additional 30minutes the payment must be made 30minutes prior to the agreed upon recovery time. If we have already arrived on site and you require additional time there will also be an additional fee for us to return to the location this fee depends on the location the payment must be made immediately via Etransfer or Credit Card.

  • Cancellations can be made up to one week prior.
